Learn to open your heart, relax your mind, have fun, discover how to raise your sexual energy and how to guide conscious pleasure through your entire body, in a safe and supportive space.
Using Tantric practices, meditation, breathwork, sound and movement, we'll explore the nature of loving boundaries, the healing of relationships through communication, and other intimacy exercises. By the end of the day you’ll understand much more about the effect of breathing on your orgasmic response and central nervous system.
This workshop is valuable for all tantric explorers. You can attend with or without a partner. Our day-long journey culminates in a tantric ritual, which will empower your vision. Wear comfortable clothing for the easy movement exercises and bring a sack lunch.
